Schemes Currently Managed
Amongst other properties, we currently manage the following estates:
- Highlands, Lower Tadmarton; and
- Greenhill, Twyford.
Each estate has in excess of 50 residential homes and in both instances we were brought in to remedy situations where there had been, for different reasons, a loss of confidence in the estate management team. Improvements have been implemented including forward planning and we now consider that the residents are being properly catered for. References can be provided as to our effectiveness upon request.
We also provide advice in respect of a number of individual houses, maisonettes and flats in Banbury and its hinterland including St. John’s Court, Calthorpe Road, Banbury and Vicarage Flats, Cropredy.
