Rent Collection
All rent collection matters are dealt with by Andrew Fairbairn (Director) who is available to discuss questions.
Our rent collection service involves the following process:
- Checking through each tenancy document to ascertain the basis of the agreement;
- Handling all money through a Client Bank Account specific to the individual client/property;
- Recording contact details for each tenant;
- Invoicing, cash handling and credit control;
- Reconciling bank statements to check income and expenditure (signed off by a director); and
- Distributing rental income, less any approved expenditure, to our clients with an accompanying statement.
All client monies are protected by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Clients’ Money Protection Scheme.
